Shipping & Returns

This page explains basic shipping, returns, and refund information for Lotus Ease Yoga Wear.

Shipping

Shipping cost, available delivery methods, processing time, and estimated delivery dates should be shown before purchase. Tracking information should be sent when available.

Order Changes

Contact support as soon as possible if a size, color, or address needs correction. Orders may not be changeable after processing begins.

Returns

Return eligibility, return window, item-condition requirements, and return shipping responsibility should be shown before purchase. Clothing should generally be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition unless the item is defective or the law requires a different remedy.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method where possible. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact support if an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. Include the order number, product name, and clear photos if possible.
